Monmouth University

-Disclaimer-

MU Notes (as used throughout this website) can be defined collectively as the administrators, webmaster,
owners, investors, monetary contributors, and anybody else involved with the website, class, lecture, or
lab notes, and the upkeep of the business. A user can be defined collectively as anybody who is logged
onto the website or purchases/views notes that are listed or pending listing in the website library. A
contributor can be defined as anybody who contacts MU Notes to have the contributor's notes listed in the
website library or any other such interaction, or somebody who actually does have their notes listed in
the website library, for intent to sell or otherwise.
First and foremost, MU Notes and its website are NOT providing a means for cheating, plagarism, or gaining
an unfair advantage in the education process. These notes are availible to ANYONE and EVERYONE, for a
nominal charge that helps in the maintainance of both the website and the notes themselves, and to provide
for the contributors, as an incentive to help enlarge the website libary. If these notes are used for
cheating, plagarism, or gaining an unfair advantage in the education process, it is done so without the aid
of MU Notes, as these are simply class, lecture, and lab notes that ANYBODY can obtain simply by going to
class. There is no trickery or illicit behavior or actions anywhere along these lines.
Secondly, the promised monetary compensation to the contributors by MU Notes is based solely upon the sale
of the notes to users. If no user purchases the notes, than no compensation can be made to the contributor.
A full seventy-five percent of the sale price of any notes package will be directly given to the contributor,
either in cash or via transfer of funds. Any sale price in excess of $66.66 will have a strict limit of
$50.00 compensation to the contributor, regardless of what the sale price is.
Finally, the standards of quality concerning class, lecture, and lab notes in the website library have been
set by highly qualified individuals and professionals. All notes are accurate and complete to the best
ability of our writers. If any information is missing from contributed notes, every effort has been made to
fill in the blanks. The writers have gone back and added information that may be on an exam or quiz. With that
said, any user that does not find the notes provided by MU Notes to be up to the user's personal standards
has the option of returning the notes they purchased in exchange for another set of notes of equal or lesser
value at no surcharge or fee. MU Notes has a zero refund policy; meaning,no refunds, period. An exchange is
possible, under the terms discussed above. Please make note that all professors have different sets of notes
and teach different subject matter; the notes provided to the user are from only one professor and may not
match up with what the user's professor is teaching. It is up to the user to use discretion and decide BEFORE
buying whether or not to take the risk of buying non-pertaining notes.

By purchasing, viewing, or contributing notes, all of the involved parties agree to the above terms.
